Being a member of the KCP team is not just about providing the best possible service for our clients it is also about being part of the community and having fun!

The company has a close working relationship with the local secondary school which began when Wendy and Karl's daughter made a key ring at school. Now the school has established a social enterprise company which makes many of KCP's promotional materials and is staring to expand its customer base with the help of business mentoring from KCP.

KCP's other activities with community include being kit sponsors for Cumnock Rugby under 8s a state-of-affairs which is down to a KCP supervisor who coaches the squad and knows the importance of being seen to be part of a team.

Charity fund raising is also part of the KCP ethos and the staff all help out at a number of events throughout the year.

We also sponsor a local enthusiast who is racing his Subaru at Knockhill and Cumnock Juniors U15s and the team has raised funds for Harley's Heroes (Memories are Better than Dreams) and assisted in event management to raise a total of £1,900 for this charity, along with many other community activities.

KCP has an in-house marketing and community benefit strategy for the year to allow greater involvement of all KCP personnel.
